Returnable Products & Exchanges
- Should there be anything wrong with the product we shipped please refer to the FAQ section for information about exchanging a product.
- We will only entertain exchanges of products within 14 days from receipt by the customer.
- Once you place an order with us it is considered confirmed.
- All credit card or bank payments must be cleared before we ship the products.
- COD orders will be shipped ASAP and payment must be ready in Cash upon delivery. We will call you to confirm the delivery Date and Time.
- All our products are checked before being shipped to avoid any quality problems. Should you have a problem with a factory defect or any other product quality issues please contact us immediately.
- We are not allowing any Vendors or Suppliers to sell directly to our customers. All products are either made by Wacky.ph or imported by Wacky.ph or supplied by trusted Suppliers.
Changes To This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
